ENTHUSIAST'S EVENT - 31st July / 1st August

All forms of motive power Steam, Electric and Diesel will be running services all day in conjunction with the Heritage Transport Festival, plenty of unusual photo opportunities. Open 11am to 4:30pm

TEDDY BEAR'S PICNIC - 29th August

Bring your teddy bear to Groudle Glen Railway to enjoy a summer's picnic on the cliff tops with Groudle's very own larger than life Teddy Bear! All children who bring a teddy bear travel free.

SANTA TRAINS* - 12th, 18th & 19th December

Take a trip on the train from the festive North Pole Halt to see Santa in his grotto in the winter wonderland of Santa's Halt. Ticket includes return train trip, refreshments for all including Mulled wine for adults, and a present for every child.

MINCE PIE TRAINS* - Boxing Day 26th December

Relax following all the over indulgence of Christmas Day with a seasonal trip on the Groudle Glen Railway from North Pole Halt. Ticket includes return train trip and refreshments for all, including Mulled Wine for Adults.
